The change note should detail the critiques and comments of the reviewers. It should also detail what revisions have been made to improve the text based on the reviewers' comments. The revisions and the change note must adequately address the concerns raised by the reviewers who evaluated the work.
We understand that occasionally reviewer comments or scores might conflict with one another. We request that all reviewer suggestions are thoughtfully considered during revision. While you will need to detail the suggestions taken into consideration, ultimately the corrections you make are up to your own discretion. Please note, however, that if substantial revisions are not made, you may be asked to make further changes.
