Scheduling Requests

ⓘ To expand inclusivity and provide access to programming regardless of time zone, the Online components of all Presentations for Common Ground Research Networks Conferences are delivered asynchronously. As a result, Online-Only Presentations are not eligible for Scheduling Requests.

In order to be eligible to make a scheduling request you must be in accordance with the following items:

  • Have an eligible session type for your accepted proposal as outlined above

  • Have a fully paid registration to the conference

  • Make the request before the conference program is made available online - approximately 2 months before the date of the conference

  • Eligible Sessions: Paper Presentations, Colloquia*, Workshops*

  • Ineligible Sessions: Posters, Focused Discussions, Virtual Sessions, Exhibits

*Please note that colloquia and workshops may not be eligible for scheduling requests depending on the conference. Please contact us directly if you are interested in making a scheduling request for these types of presentation

If you meet all of the above requirements and you are ready to make your scheduling request, please follow the instructions below.

  • Go to CGScholar.com

  • Log in to the account with your proposal and paid registration.

  • Hover over the gold bar with your name in it.

  • Click on the link for "My Events."

  • There will be a link for Scheduling Requests.

  • Click on it and submit your date request.
