Leonardo Caporarello is Professor of Practice in Leadership and Negotiation at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where he also serves as Associate Dean for Online Learning. He is Rector’s Delegate for Digital Learning at Bocconi University.
His research and teaching focus on organizational behavior and innovation. He examines how organizations navigate transformation and change, why teams are or are not effective, how conflict situations can become opportunities for learning and growth, how to prepare for and conduct difficult negotiations in international and multicultural contexts, and how to design impactful learning experiences in environments shaped by generational transitions, geopolitical scenarios, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Leonardo has extensive academic experience at both national and international levels, having served as visiting scholar and professor in several countries across the European Union, as well as in China, India, the United States, and the Middle East. He is actively involved in international academic associations and scientific journals.
