We are pleased to announce that Mário Moutinho will be speaking at the Thirteenth International Conference on The Inclusive Museum.
Mário Moutinho is an architect graduated from the National School of Fine Arts in Paris (ENSBA) and holds a PhD in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Paris VII-Jussieu. He is currently a researcher at the Lusophone University of Humanities and Technologies, and since 2007 he has been Rector.
He works in the area of Social Sciences with emphasis on Sociomuseology. He is Coordinator of the Journal of Sociomuseology.
He was President of MINOM-ICOM (2008-1016) and current Vice-President. He is a member of the Board of the UNESCO Chair "Education, Citizenship and Cultural Diversity". He has published 22 books and chapters of books, 37 articles in specialized journals and in event’ proceedings. He was supervisor of 24 doctoral theses in the areas of Museology / Sociomuseology and Urbanism.
