Robyn Bennett

Robyn is a systems weaver and strategist based in Berlin who helps purpose-driven organisations navigate complexity and accelerate change. She works with leaders, teams, and coalitions who are reimagining institutions, aligning climate action, championing culture, and building trust across divides. Her work sits at the intersection of organisational transformation, cross-sector innovation, and cultural strategy—asking how we can create institutions and systems that mirror the intelligence of living systems.

For the past five years, Robyn was a driving force behind the Creative Bureaucracy Festival, a platform celebrating organisational innovation that has been described as "oxygen for public servants." She works across multiple scales—from strategy sessions and collaborative research to transformative convenings and network building—helping translate across disciplines, synthesise complexity into clarity, and strengthen connections that enable collective action.

Recent collaborators include African Centre for Cities, Urban Impact, Future Days, The Institutional Architecture Lab, School of International Futures, Goethe-Institut, and Placemaking Europe. Operating in English, German, and Spanish, her approach weaves systems thinking with psychologically-informed and arts-led methods, always seeking the patterns that connect organisational practice to broader questions of human flourishing.
