The Diversity in Organizations, Communities & Nations Research Network is part of Common Ground Research Networks, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to building inclusive, collaborative, and ethically grounded communities of knowledge. Through its conferences, journals, and books, the Network affirms that diversity is not merely a demographic reality—it is a creative, intellectual, and moral challenge fundamental to building equitable futures.
