The New Directions in the Humanities Research Network is brought together by a common interest in established traditions in the humanities while at the same time developing innovative practices and setting a renewed agenda for their future. We seek to build an epistemic community where we can make linkages across disciplinary, geographic, and cultural boundaries. As a Research Network we are defined by our scope and concerns and motivated to build strategies for action framed by our shared themes and tensions.
The Twenty-Fourth International Conference on New Directions in the Humanities calls for research addressing the following annual themes.
We're happy to share the schedule of sessions for the International Conference on New Directions in the Humanities. We update the schedule on a weekly basis, so please make sure to check back regularly, as the schedule is subject to change. If you've recently registered but are not yet scheduled, your presentation should appear here within the next week. Because this is a draft schedule, you may be the only paper currently in your session; don't be concerned—we'll include more papers as we update the schedule.
If you have any issues locating your presentation in the event schedule, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Twenty-Fourth International Conference on New Directions in the Humanities will feature plenary sessions by some of the world’s leading thinkers and innovators in the field.
