Conference Dinner at Epicure Restaurant
The International Conference on Environmental, Cultural, Economic, and Social Sustainability is pleased to announce the Conference Dinner.
Located in the heart of Rosebank, Epicure Restaurant combines exquisite décor, excellent service, and high-quality cuisine, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a selection of African street food flavours. The menus change according to the chef’s inspiration, but consistently showcase the flavours and ingredients of the region and its culinary traditions. Coconut-basted crabs pay homage to the wonders of West African seafood. Slow-cooked Nguni oxtail represents the tradition and luxury of Southern African cuisine. The magnificent mabele (sorghum), served with wild mushrooms, also caters to vegan, low-GI, and gluten-intolerant diners, ensuring that everyone can take part in this gastronomic journey.
