Each year the International Conference on Food Studies draws a diverse group of participants from all over the world. Our Program Development team draws on this diversity to craft a rich and distinctive conference experience, with session types and programming explicitly designed to make the most of both online and place-based social knowledge processes.
The Sixteenth International Conference on Food Studies will feature plenary sessions by some of the world’s leading thinkers and innovators in the field.
We will offer both place-based and online options for viewing and engaging.
The conference program groups together presentations along similar themes to facilitate knowledge sharing and community building.
